A Geneva agency, not a factory

Mermio was born with a simple conviction: we can create quality web solutions without getting lost in vague proposals or endless projects. In a local landscape dominated by large structures and isolated freelancers, we occupy an intermediate space — a tight-knit team capable of addressing complex projects with the responsiveness of a small structure.

What we do

We focus on three areas: creating custom websites for freelancers and small businesses that want a polished web presence, technical development in partnership with other agencies, and R&D around AI and automation — MCP servers, intelligent workflows, agents integrated into concrete business tools.

Our method

Understanding the real need before touching the code. Choosing mastered tools over trends. Delivering something that lasts. We work with Swiss hosts, respect the nLPD framework, and invest in lasting relationships with our Geneva clients and partners.

Our values

What guides our daily work has been formalized in our manifesto. Ten main axes — from transparency to code quality, including local anchoring and an honest relationship with the client.

FAQ

Almost. The last name is Mermillod — with a D, two Ls, and well-rooted Savoyard origins. The agency is Mermio — without a D, without an L, and with a bit more sobriety on the business card. We kept it short.

Not in the traditional sense of the term. No cousin to whom we subcontract, no mother-in-law at the reception. Just a small, close-knit team in Geneva, with a name that has a local flavor.

Mermio is Mermillod without the frills. A bit like our approach to development: we keep the essentials, we remove what is unnecessary.

We tried to explain it to our graphic designer. He asked how many characters he had for the logo. We made a decision.
