# Manifesto

The main values that guide our work on a daily basis.

## Principle No.1 : Local, local, local

Wherever possible, we work local and breathe local. We favour Swiss services, providers from the region, and solutions that keep your data in Switzerland.
Because supporting the local economy and staying in control of your data isn't just a trend, it's common sense.

## Principle No.2 : Never "it's not the end of the world"

Sure, nobody died. But your business is very much alive, and it matters. Every bug, every outage can have a real impact on your business. That's why we treat every project with the seriousness it deserves, even the "small" problems.

## Principle No.3 : Quality over quantity

No "just throw something together for me". We'd rather take the time to do things right than rush them to meet an unrealistic deadline. Quality code today means fewer bugs tomorrow and a solution that holds up in the long run.

## Principle No.4 : Total transparency

No technical jargon to confuse you. We explain what we do, why we do it, and how much it costs. Period.

## Principle No.5 : Clean code, peaceful sleep

Well-written code today means savings tomorrow. We don't leave technical debt behind us.

## Principle No.6 : Shared ownership

Your project is ours too. We get involved as if it were our own company on the line.

## Principle No.7 : No "it works on my machine"

We test, we re-test, and we test again. If it doesn't work in production, it doesn't work.

## Principle No.8 : Available, not intrusive

We're here when you need us, but we don't bombard you with pointless emails.

## Principle No.9 : Training included

We don't hand over a tool you don't know how to use. We support you until you're fully autonomous.

## Principle No.10 : Continuous evolution

A website is never "finished". We build solutions that can grow with your business.

## FAQ

**Q: Why this manifesto?**
A: Because we were tired of seeing providers promise anything, deliver in any way, and disappear after the invoice. This manifesto is our way of laying things out clearly: **this is how we work, this is what we refuse to do, this is what you can hold us to**.

This is not a marketing text. It is a commitment — to you, and to ourselves. Each point here corresponds to a real situation we have experienced, refused, or corrected. If you work with us, you can refer to it at any time.
